Site Information

Site Name - Your help desk name
Site URL - Base URL of your installation
Admin Email - Primary contact email
Timezone - Default timezone for the system

Localization

Default Language - Primary language for new users
Available Languages - Languages available for selection
Date Format - How dates are displayed
