General Settings

Configure your SupportKit installation through the admin panel at /admin/settings.

Site Information

  • Site Name - Your help desk name
  • Site URL - Base URL of your installation
  • Admin Email - Primary contact email
  • Timezone - Default timezone for the system

Localization

  • Default Language - Primary language for new users
  • Available Languages - Languages available for selection
  • Date Format - How dates are displayed
