Configure your SupportKit installation through the admin panel at /admin/settings.
Site Information
- Site Name - Your help desk name
- Site URL - Base URL of your installation
- Admin Email - Primary contact email
- Timezone - Default timezone for the system
Localization
- Default Language - Primary language for new users
- Available Languages - Languages available for selection
- Date Format - How dates are displayed
